Meet your Instructor
My initial interest in First Aid started when I was at Falkland Primary School learning ‘the Recovery Position’, then as a lifeguard. Leading onto being a First Aider for Quantel Ltd whilst working as an engineer.
The love of teaching started when I became a swimming teacher at the age of 16, going on to be a Lifeguard Trainer, subsequently becoming a First Aid Trainer in 2002, then a Community First Responder.
As an instructor my aim is always to ensure the fundamentals of First Aid are explained in a friendly, enjoyable engaging way to be learnt and not forgotten easily. Enabling students to take on the responsibility of providing First Aid in their life and not just work.
